Hasn’t He Brought You Out?

I was spending my alone time with God, when a few things stood out to me. As I finished praying, I scrolled down my Facebook feed, and I saw a post from Steve Harvey. It was a picture that had words across it that read,Brought me out

“name one thing God has not brought you out of”

Then he said, if there is one He hasn’t brought you out of yet, it’s because He’s pulling you through it now! I don’t know about you, but that truly blessed me! It was the most powerful statement I had heard in a while.

Can you name one thing God has not brought you out of?

I sure can’t! I have gone through 4 battles of cancer with my husband, and we’re on our last two treatments, but God has not failed us during one obstacle of this battle. Our income has been cut in half, but EVERY bill is paid, we have a full refrigerator, our children have on new clothes and sport fresh hair cuts, we’re not homeless, we have NO DEBT outside of student loans, and we continue to prosper despite the devil’s attempts to destroy our hope.

My testimony doesn’t stop there. I have been sick in my body for months at a time with no help from the doctor’s, but I am alive today. I have lost jobs, and still paid off my car. I have started a nonprofit from nothing, but still managed to assist 23 single parents and 37 children with no nonprofit experience and while receiving no salary, unemployed. Every other organization told me we wouldn’t make it, but H.O.P.E, Inc. is thriving today.

God brought me through it all!

Working for my goodThe Bible tells us to remember God (Deuteronomy 8:18)! When life is painful and you find yourself losing hope, remember the question Steve asked, and name one time God has not brought you out. I bet you will find there is not one thing that He hasn’t delivered you from because you are still here!

People wonder how I can write such encouraging words in the hardest season of my life, my response is, I have to. There have been times when my husband felt I was losing hope and a hadn’t met a morning without tears in my eyes, but I thank God that His Word says He is faithful, His love is undying, and we can draw joy from salvation (Isaiah 12:3). In your darkest hour, you’re going to have to remember God and remember His Word.

His love will heal your hurt and disappointments.

Out of all of my pain came two books. My second book, Pearls for Pigs, VII, Everyday verses until the rain comes is being released this month, and it contains 200 pages of inspiration when you’re losing hope, waiting on God, and praying for the Pageflex Persona [document: PRS0000037_00013]latter rain of abundant blessings.

I am still receiving testimonies about the first volume, Pearls for Pigs, Taking you through what God brought you through, which was written three years ago and people are still reading it. If you, or someone you know, is going through a really hard season, consider this one-minute devotional for them to enjoy; or, maybe you just want to be encouraged with God’s Word everyday, this is the book for you!

So, I write all of this to say this…God has not forgotten about you! He loves you so very much, and He will pull you through. You can count on Him, you always have, and he is more than faithful.

Trust that God has to have a plan for you, and He will cause everything that is purposed in that plan to come to pass (Jeremiah 29:11).

How to Handle Your Judas…

betrayalI preached a sermon a few weeks ago, called How to handle Your Judas. Many of us have been victims of betrayal, and sometimes we may notice “Judas type” characteristics in others, and we aren’t quite sure how to deal with them. Our foes aren’t always obvious nor do they appear as enemies.

We often will find our Judas after God has exalted us in one area or another. Judas came after John exalted Jesus over man. He came after the dove was ascended onto Jesus as a symbol to John, and he was there in the beginning of Jesus’ ministry. Many of you are being elevated in the spirit, and a “Judas” is nearby trying to distract you.

There are several facts about Judas that I found helpful to understand in order to put things into perspective about Judas.

1. Judas was called and chosen by God to be an Apostle and fulfill God’s plan and prophecy (Luke 6). Therefore, the pulpit doesn’t exempt someone from betraying you.

2. Jesus called all of his disciples friends because they knew His business, so Judas was called friend by Jesus. (John 15:15 & John 22:21) In order to be considered a Judas, the person has to be someone close enough to know you.

3. He was anointed and given power to heal the sick and deliver. (Luke 9) Judas walked around with the power that was given to him through Christ’s anointing, but he was still capable of betrayal.

4. He ate with Jesus (John 13:18), prayed with Jesus, was provided for by Jesus, protected by Jesus, and ate of Jesus’ body and drank of his blood (communion at the last super). (Mathew 26:22-27)

5. He was greedy and a thief, but although a thief he was close to Jesus. He went where He went and knew where He prayed. (John 18:2)

6. Judas Iscariot worshiped with Jesus. (Mathew 26:30)

7. He didn’t believe that Jesus was the messiah. Jesus knew the heart of Judas, and was never deceived by his outward actions of loyalty. (John 6:64)

8. Was given the title “son of perdition”-which means man doomed to destruction. Only 2 people named this in the NT (Judas Iscariot and the Anti-Christ) (John 17:12) One either flatly denies the existence of God or, denies God’s gift of salvation. Judas denied God’s gift of salvation, punishing himself by suicide instead of accepting grace. (Mathew 27:5)

I also looked at the characteristics of Judas, that I found very interesting and I am sure you will as well.

Judas Iscariot appeared Loyal, yours will too:“But Jesus didn’t trust them, because he knew human nature.” (John 2:24) Judas was a part of Jesus’ circle, but didn’t seem to be a part of those private healing’s He did with on Peter, James, and John present.

Judas, as I mentioned before was a known thief: those with a Judas spirit come to steal: They want to steal your joy, your peace, and your position (going to want what you have)…greedy and envious.

Judas was looking for an opportunity to betray Jesus (Mathew 26:16): As soon as it’s something in for your Judas, he/she will be looking for an opportunity to betray your trust, plotting on ways to bring you down.

But the key to how to handle our Judas’ is in how Jesus handled Judas

Jesus didn’t let Judas Iscariot bother him because He was focused: He was about His Father’s business, and He was not surprised with anything Judas did because he knew all along whom Judas was. “He knew that human effort accomplished nothing” without God. (John 6:63)

He never let people pump Him up: “and Jesus’ brothers said to him, “Leave here and go to Judea, where your followers can see your miracles! You can’t become famous if you hide like this! If you can do such wonderful things, show yourself to the world!” (John 7:3-6) But Jesus went only where is Father told him to go and when. Never let people put you out there before it is time.

He allowed Judas to accomplish the Lord’s will and purpose: He allowed him to remain in the camp and experience Him in spite of his unbelief and heart.

He never pretended to act like Judas wasn’t there: He always acknowledged him as a betrayer or “Jesus fully realized all that was going to happen to him, so he stepped forward to meet them. “Who are you looking for?” he asked.” (John 18:4, NLT)

Some of you may be going through a betrayal right now. Just remember you have reason to smile, even though it hurts.

You’re Judas won’t prosper against you; he will only do what God allows for his set up in your life:

“God blesses you who are hungry now, for you will be satisfied. God blesses you who weep now, for in due time you will laugh. What blessings await you when people hate you and exclude you and mock you and curse you as evil because you follow the Son of Man. When that happens, be happy! Yes, leap for joy! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, their ancestors treated the ancient prophets that same way.” (Luke 6:21-23, NLT)

Remember you Judas has no power over you! ““I don’t have much more time to talk to you, because the ruler of this world approaches. He has no power over me, but I will do what the Father requires of me, so that the world will know that I love the Father. Come, let’s be going.” (John 14:30, NLT)

However, as you go through this time be careful not to through the wheat out with the tare, because you do not have the authority to determine where their soul goes. Your only responsibility is your actions and you must be willing to forgive them if they ever come back for forgiveness.

No More Delay!

Hey Readers!

Have you ever felt like God wasn’t listening to your prayers? Well, so did Job! In Job 21, he talked with some of his very No More Delayinsightful, but completely off based friends, about the incredible storm he was in, and he says to them his problem is not with man, but with God!

Woe! What a thing to profess. In fact, he said in verse 5-6 that it even stunned and scared him to say such a thing. His complaint was that the wicked seemed to prosper, while he suffered enormously.

In preparing for my first sermon in a few weeks, I heard the Holy Spirit saying that many people’s hearts felt the exact same way. You wondered where was God at in your situation? Why has he not answered my prayers, while everyone who has no reference for Him seems to prosper?

God indeed has an answer! It has always been his answer. Are you ready for it? “Those who accept my commands and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and REVEAL myself to each of them.”(John 14:21, NLT)

Regardless of what you may be going through, if you have a relationship with God, He will reveal Himself to you and you are not alone!

You may be saying, that you are loosing heart because you have been waiting so long. My answer to that is, prayer is hard work for those who are broken. When the answer seems delayed, it hurts and we can lose confidence; which can cause us to question the power of our prayers.

However, prayer is powerful, and the enemies strategy is to cause you to doubt what God said is true. There is a story in the Bible that exemplifies what we must do in situations like this. BE PERSISTENT!

Parable of the Persistent Widow:

“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith. And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? (Luke 18:1-8, KJV)

If an unjust judge can render a just decision, than cant our caring and loving Father react to our persistent faith? God will reveal himself to those who love Him, and Yes! He WILL show up for you!

Reveal in the Greek is emphazino…. Emphazino= is a verb that means fully manifest. It is future tense, voice is active, and mood is indicative. It occurs 814 times in the New Testament (verb).

Future tense= certain occurrence of an event which has not yet happened (faith).

Active voice= represents the subject as the doer or performer of the action.

Mood indicative= simple statement of fact. If an action really occurs, has occurred, or will occur it will be rendered in that mood.

Jesus is the ultimate means through which God reveals Himself! According to the definitions above, Jesus is certain to show up, He will perform the action you ask for (you just have to give it to Him), and that is just fact!

In other words…Jesus is the conduit through which God will reveal himself and He is THE PROMISE!  We can’t be deceived by what Jesus says, so if He said it, than it is fact (as mentioned above) therefore what Jesus reveals to us is the promise, and the promise is received by faith! (Romans 5:16, NLT)

God hears your cries, and He hurts just like you do. The Bible says “in all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.” (Isaiah 63:9, KJV)

The difference between that judge and our judge is that God is not annoyed by our request, nor is He waiting for someone to get on His nerves before He brings about justice.

“And will not [our just] God defend and protect and avenge His elect (His chosen ones), who cry to Him day and night? Will He [a]defer them and [b]delay help on their behalf?” (Luke 18:7, AMP)

You can receive the promise!

God’s promise is for you, even if you mess up sometimes. “If God’s promise is only for those who obey the law, then faith is not necessary and the promise is pointless.”(Romans 5:14,NLT)

it is our gift and only obtained by faith. “Can we boast, then, that we have done anything to be accepted by God? No, because our acquittal is not based on obeying the law. It is based on faith.” (Romans 3:27, NLT)

Therefore, be encouraged and don’t lose faith in what you are believing God for. Faith brings joy, loosing heart brings despair. There is greater for you, and you WILL have it. Be persistent and watch God reveal His glory in your life!

Repair the Gates!

Then I said to them, “You see the trouble we are in: Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been burned with fire. Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, and we will no longer be in disgrace.” (Nehemiah 2:17)

Have you ever had something stand out to you, and you began to want to study about it more? Well, that’s what happened to me. As I was studying the book of Nehemiah I became really intrigued with the many gates that needed repairing on the wall of Jerusalem. As I realized the spiritual significance of these gates, I realized I was looking at our spiritual walk as a whole.

nehem3When we come to Christ, we are drawn to Him through the Sheep Gate. The Sheep gate is where the sheep were brought through for sacrifice. This gate represents the death, crucifixion, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. It amazes me all that Christ went through for me to be in right standing with God. Even down to my acceptance of Him as Lord and savior, I realize it was Him drawing me and not me choosing Him. If you have never known Jesus as your personal Lord and savior (altar call), I encourage you to get to know Him and repair the sheep gate in your life.

After we have made such a confession, we start to get excited about Jesus! He starts to become real to us and before you know it we are telling everyone about His goodness! We have now encountered the Fish Gate. The Fish Gate was a popular place, it was the market place where everyone came to obtain fish. Spiritually, we refer to this gate as the gate of evangelism. At this state in our walk we are telling everyone about the “good news”. This gate is very popular in a new converts life. In fact, studies show that people saved within their first two years of confessing Christ bring the most souls to Christ because they are not afraid to share their testimony.

What are you doing with your Fish gate?

As we travel along, we begin to notice that our lives hadn’t looked much like Jesus before now and we desire to allow

Promises twoGod to clean us up. We have just entered the “Old Gate.” You see the old gate is all about putting off that “old man” and allowing that new creation, and new heart, that God placed in us to take over and rule our lives. we have the ability to see sin for what it is…something that separates us from God. That Old Gate can get very lonely because we may start to lose friends who knew us “back when” and do not like our new direction, we may lose relationships that can’t get with the “Jesus stuff”, and we may ward off family members that don’t want to be around the “Jesus freak” for fear of being asked to attend church. If you are at the Old Gate, I encourage you to keep going, everything you lose for Jesus will be gained unto you! You will reap better friends, more family, better relationships if you allow God to lead.

Don’t give up at the Old Gate!

Now we’re moving right along, and we’ve visited the sheep gate, fish gate, and the old man gate, which make up the “Priority Gates.” These gates should always be prevalent in our lives, working without cease. After we get our priorities in order, we come across a gate that isn’t that appealing, the Valley Gate!

In the Valley we learn to grow through experiences, trails, and tribulations that God allows for us to get closer to Him. In the valley we learn just how real our God is. We call on Him, depend on Him and rely on Him. We learn to trust in the valley, and although it seems like we can’t withstand God is with us holding us up with His right hand. Sometimes, the valley experience is a long one because God is ridden us of some things that are deeply embedded in our hearts (lust, jealousy, coveting, adultery, unforgiveness, bitterness, anger). You see, this can’t remain if we’re striving to be like Jesus.

Are you at the Valley Gate?

If you are, endure for endurance teaches patience, and you will reap a reward if you faint not.

After all of those yucky things come to service, God allows you to go to the Dung Gate to get rid of them all. The Dung Gate is where the people of the city would dump all of their waste. They would leave them outside of the city and wouldn’t bring it back in with them. Are you leaving your “dung” outside the gate? Or are you bringing the dung back in and carrying it all around with you?

Repair the Dung Gate: leave the crap outside the gate!

Once you have passed these two rough gates you have now been purified and experienced the gates that are classified as the Purifying gates. You have to be humbled and cleansed to reach new heights. And new heights you shall reach in Him!

Promises 3Now after being down, we are MOVING ON UP to the Fountain Gate! Oh, the fountain of restoration feels so good when you’ve been in a storm. The fountain gate of living water represents the Holy Spirit. Now, don’t give me wrong, we receive the Holy Spirit when we allow Christ to reside in us; but being filled with the Holy Spirit is something completely different. However, I’ve never known anyone to be restored by the fountain alone….it’s always accompanied by the Word; which brings us to the Water Gate.

Some of you may be thinking doesn’t water equal the Holy Spirit? I was thinking that as well; and yes the fountain of living water does equal the Holy Spirit (which is why the Fountain gate represents the Holy Spirit), but the Water Gate cleanses, renews, and restores and that comes by the Word of the Lord.

“That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word” (Ephesians 5:26, KJV)

Once you have encountered these gates you may notice that you are walking in a greater power, rightfully so, because you have encountered what is known to be the Power Gates.

Do you have power today? If not, ask God to repair the fountain and water gates in your life.

On your way up to higher levels in God, you may find yourself entangled at the Horse Gate, the gate of spiritual warfare. Now you thought you were going through warfare when you were in Valley, but that was for you. This battle you encounter at the Horse Gate is all because you are fighting for the Kingdom and you are now a target of the enemy. You battle with principalities and spirits that don’t want you to reach your purpose because you are about Kingdom’s business and they don’t like that. But you know what the greatest thing about spiritual warfare is? You have the victory! Hallelujah, you don’t have to be afraid of this gate because Jesus already won this gate for you!

The finale two gates we’ll encounter at the end of this earth, and that’s the East Gate (when Christ returns) and the Inspection Gate (when we are all judged according to our works on Earth). These are known as the Prophetic Gates (gates prophesied about in the Bible) Some will be judged for rewards in heaven because they are saved, and others will be judged for their souls.

Which one will you be?

At the end, it all leads back to Jesus. Do you know Him? Will you allow Him to prepare the gates in your spiritual walk that may have been left undone? All of us in the Body of Christ walk the same walk and are all at different gates at different times in our life, but what made building the wall of Jerusalem so great is that all of the workers were on one accord to accomplish one mission…which was to build the wall. Won’t you repair the gates and build your wall today?

God Is Not a Liar!

“…Even if everyone else is a liar, God is true. As the Scriptures say about him, “You will be proved right in what you say, and you will win your case in court.” “(Romans 3:4 NLT)

How many of us have struggled with God’s promises and His truth? The Bible is filled with examples of people that have, in their human nature, questioned God’s Word and prophetic promises. Zechariah questioned God, when God sent the angle to tell him of his prayer being answered regarding a son promised to him and his barren wife. Sarah questioned God when news that she would bear a child in old age. Jeremiah questioned God when people mocked him, but he knew God told him he was a prophet called according to His purpose. Image

I, too, have sometimes found myself questioning the very promises of God in my own life; but there is one thing I have grown to learn in this daily process of dying to self, is that God is not a liar!

Image

I have had to remind myself that God is not like any human creature that has the ability to let you down. He is not my earthly father, mother, sibling, or earthly friend. He is the Lord, my God, holy and most high. His love and compassion for me far outweighs that of this world.

Image

He has no desire to hurt us, disappoint us, or cause us pain. I have learned not to compare Him to any of your human relationships, but to remember who God is and who He has been in my life.

It is important, as believers, to know that we CAN trust God!

His Word is true and His promises are true. He says….

“Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.” (Psalms 37:4, KJV)

Now does this mean that if we are in Him anything we want we can have? NO! What it means is as we are in Christ Jesus we should be desiring to line up with His will for our life’s, and as we do this God will place desires in our hearts that He will provide for us!

Think back, has there ever been a time you were in His will and He let you down? If there is anyone who has been unfaithful in our relationship with God, it is us; not Him. Our Word and intentions cannot be trusted, but His Holy Spirit gives us the power & ability to stand on His Word & believe in faith.

Therefore, if you’re standing in need of a breakthrough today, I encourage you to trust Him. It doesn’t matter if no one has ever done right by you, believe that He WILL… if you give Him the chance. Ask God to help your unbelief & watch the power of God flow in your life. God is able!

Blinded by Disappointment?

“But even the best years are filled with pain and trouble; soon they disappear and we fly away.” (Psa.90:10, LAP)

Moses wrote this Psalm from a place of disappointment. The Israelites were in the wilderness waiting for God to show His hand again. God had turned them over to their sin, and Moses was praying for God to “Satisfy us each morning with your unfailing love, so we may sing for joy to the end of our lives.” (Psa.90:14, LAP)

There are many disappointments that the prophets and leaders in the bible faced. Let’s look at Jeremiah. He preached the Word to the people for 40 years, but they never turned from sin during his lifetime. He was ignored, he was threatened, he watched his fellow prophets be murdered, and he was persecuted; but he remained faithful to the call on his life!

What are your disappointments?

I could imagine that as believers watching this world get worse and worse would be disappointing for those praying for it; maybe you’re ministry isn’t taking off like you believed it would after several long years; maybe your marriage, your children, your life, your career, or your family is a disappointment.

What do we do about disappointment and how do we overcome disappointment?

Jeremiah was a prophet that endured. Although he never saw the result of his obedience in the physical, he knew that his work was not in vain because God showed him the future resurrection of Jerusalem. I say all of that to say this: whatever you’re going through, whatever your season, whatever your frustration REMAIN FAITHFUL! Endure till the end! God has not forgotten. He is still working on your behalf, and your work is not in vain! (Jeremiah 1)

Too trust God means to lean and rely on Him even in disappointing and frustrating times. Continue to pray that God give you the strength to endure and that He “establish the work of your hands.” (Psa. 90:17, AMP)

The Word of God says that He will complete the good work He started in you, and “No one who runs to him loses out!” (Psalm 34:22, MSG). In fact, God’s Word says that he will meet you more than half way (Psa. 34:4, MSG), and “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame” (Romans 10:11, NIV).

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all” (2 Corinthians 4:16–17, NIV). Therefore, if you give your disappointments to God, “You will live in joy and peace . . . Where once were thorns, cypress trees will grow. Where nettles grew, myrtles will sprout up . . .” (Isaiah 55:12–13, NLT). I say in my one minute devotional called Pearls for Pigs, “Whatever you’re going through, God will restore you. He will bring you joy and peace in the very situation you had drought and pain. The very thorn in your back will be a pleasant remembrance of God’s grace and mercy. You overcome by the blood and the Word of your testimony (Revelation 12:11).”

So, encourage yourself. Don’t allow your faith to be blinded by disappointments. God is renewing you day by day, and this too shall pass. Be faithful and endure until the end, His grace is sufficient enough for you.

God Bless you!

Speak to Your Dead Situations!!

THE VALLEY EXPERIENCE:

“The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD,
and set me down in the midst of the valley which [was] full of bones, And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, [there were] very many in the open valley; and, lo, [they were] very dry. And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.” (Ezekiel 37: 1-4, KJV)

We can all relate to Ezekiel here because it says that The Hand of the Lord was upon Him, and He brought him out in the spirit of the Lord and set him down in the midst of the valley, and it was full of dry bones. Take notice to where Ezekiel was at in the spirit realm. He said The HAND of the Lord was upon Him (he was in the will, under the submission of God, in obedience, receptive, and ready to hear from God), and he was brought out in the Spirit and the Lord set him down in the midst of the valley.

We have all been in situations where we are in Christ Jesus, but God allows a circumstance or an experience to come about that place us in a valley experience and the experience causes us to evaluate some dead and dry situations in our life. And just like Ezekiel He causes us to roam about them and to visit those situations physically, mentally, and emotionally. (And He caused me to pass about around them and there were many, and they were very dry.)

But look at what God tells Ezekiel to do when he notices the dry bones. He doesn’t tell him to ignore them. He gives instruction and causes Him to activate His faith. He says…. “Son of Man can these bones live?” Ezekiel didn’t limit God in His answer…He said Lord, only you know! And God told Him to prophecy to these dry bones and say to them O you dry bones, hear the Word of the Lord!”

What’s dry & dead in your life today?  Do you feel like your career is dead? Your marriage is dead? Your life is dead? Your friendships are dead? Your ministry is dead? Or, are you like Isreal during this time and your hope is dead?

Believe!!

Do what God told Ezekiel to do, examine your faith, and ask yourself “do you think these bones can live?” Because if you don’t have faith that you can have abundant life, a great career, a healthy marriage, great friendships, a vibrant ministry, or hope when all else is gone….then why should others, and most importantly why should God move on your behalf? He said without faith we cannot please Him. You have to believe first.

Speak the Word!!

Second, you have to speak to those situations with the Word of God which brings forth life. The bible says that the Word of God brings healing to the flesh. So, if you know the desire that is in your heart lines up with the will of God then you need to find scripture that supports that and say to those dry/dead situations (in appearance) “O you dry bones, hear the Word of the Lord!”

In Jeremiah 4:3 The Lord told the men of Judah & Jerusalem: “Break up your ground left uncultivated for a season, so that you may not sow among thorns.” Meaning…make new….

You know that God’s Word supports a healthy marriage so speak life over your marriage; you know that God’s word supports work and careers as long as it is subjective to the Holy Spirit not an idol for you- so speak the Word over your career. Call those things that aren’t as though they were. And when you do that… this is what will happen…….

“Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter
into you, and ye shall live: And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but [there was] no breath in them.” (Ezekiel 37: 5-8, KJV)

See when you speak the Word over an apparently dead situation to you in the physical, the Word then breathes breath into your circumstance and the spirit of God begins to move, and what appears to be dead becomes alive and relevant to you because it falls under subjection of the Holy Spirit and Romans 8:28 begins to flourish….where all things come together and work together for the good for those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. That becomes real and true to you because you begin to see just how faithful and true our God is.

Be Positive!!

But God just doesn’t stop there he tells Him to…”Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.” (Ezekiel 37: 9-10, KJV) The Word brings life to the circumstance, but God told Ezekiel to now speak breath and Spirit. In other words…speak life!! Speak your promotion, Speak your healing, speak your prosperity, speak your abundant life, speak “life” over your life. Stop giving the devil glory in your life with all the negative thoughts, words, and connotations. Believe in yourself, and most importantly, believe in Him!

When Jesus healed the woman with the issue of blood while he was on His way to heal the rulers daughter; the ruler’s servant’s met them and told the man his daughter had died, but what did Jesus say? Jesus ignored what they said and told the ruler “don’t be alarm and don’t fear…ONLY BELIEVE!”  He didn’t give the word from the servant’s time to resonate in the ruler’s heart and bring forth doubt and confusion. The same has to occur with you! Speak life and believe in what God has spoken can and will be done! Don’t give the enemy room.

Restoration Is Coming!!!

Because with perseverance comes RESTORATION! In verse 10; God spoke to His restoring power! This Word that you are hearing today is not just another Word you came into contact with. This Word has a season, a purpose, and a mission. God is telling you that I desire to restore some things, circumstances, situations in your life, but you have to one believe, Second, connect with my Word to bring it into completion, and third speak life over it…don’t doubt Him, don’t be negative, and don’t give the enemy room to wreak havoc (He doesn’t have the authority to know your future or your thoughts…you give him access to that with your words).

Don’t spend another day weary, depressed, and tired…..speak the Word over your life, and believe God to move in your apparently “dead situation” today! It ain’t over, until God says it’s over!
